It may be unbelievably hot outside, but it’s downright chilly in the GI studio this week! We’re discussing the first three issues of Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, Robert Hack, and Jack Morelli’s CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA.
It’s the basis of a new Netflix drama of the same name, and it’s a noir re-imagining of the super cheerful Sabrina the Teenage Witch we all remember. This version of Sabrina still struggles with being half-witch and half-mortal and lives with two witchy aunts, but her villains are much more murdery-y this time.
The Girls are split on how they felt about the comic, so we had a great time discussing what we enjoyed (and what we absolutely hated) about these three issues! Grab your broomsticks and your athames, and meet us in the clearing at midnight to discuss CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA!
