Rage and Jolly revisit another previously-watched series by checking out “Tiger & Bunny: The Beginning.” This anime movie spends some time recapping events from the serial show before starting a new story. This week, we watched the first 30 minutes, which sparks a discussion about why the heck anybody would ever live in a city with this kind of insane supervillainy.
