New year, new you! Guess who titled this episode? We catch up with one another after a brief hiatus from recording and commiserate over Twitch’s asinine policies which, at the time, were new and are now simply very obnoxious. Then we talk about resolutions and goals and why we’re not very big fans of either, but why we’re doing both. Our activity this week is to discuss some of the weirdest exercise gimmicks that you should prooobably avoid if you’re trying to get in shape this year. Happy 2021, l’chaim!
